We work very closely with your event planning staff to ensure we deliver the correct equipment to the final destination of your choice, while allowing us time to set up, test and remove the equipment once your rental time has expired. Our products are available to rent as individual units or as together as a package of complimentary items. Our Team of very professional and highly trained Rental Managers and Technicians attend and maintain all equipment during the entire event. We provide nationwide service to our corporate clients.

Rental Agreement, Down Payment and Disclaimer - Upon signing of a "Rental Agreement" the renter will be asked for a down payment of no less than 25% and no greater than 50% of the overall rental price. All balances must be paid two weeks before the event date. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, we cannot hold your rental date until we receive your signed agreement and down payment. Before signing the rental agreement, be sure to check the delivery logistics to ensure we can physically deliver the Contracted Equipment to its final resting spot without any obstacles of any type such as: small elevators, steps, small door ways, soft footing and a poor electrical outlet(s).
